The dish comes in many different variations that you can try at your leisure, once you understand how to prepare them. Besides its variety, the kebab’s most appealing trait is probably its portability. It firmly belongs in that category of handheld foods alongside the sandwich and burrito. You can carry the kebab virtually anywhere, especially if you use a Vaya Tyffyn lunch box.
