Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon Juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp garlic—minced
2 tsp sugar-brown
2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 lb beef sirloin tips
8 oz cremini mushrooms-cleaned
1 large red onion- sliced

How to make Beef Kebab

  1. Mix together, oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic, sugar, mustard, and black pepper in a bowl to create the oil mixture. 
  1. Place the beef and mushrooms in a plastic bag. 
  1. Add the marinade to the bag then seal it and refrigerate for about 3 hours. 
  1. Thread the beef on a skewer making sure to alternate it with onions and mushrooms. 
  1. Heat up the beef skewer over lit charcoal. 
  1. Put the beef in the oil mixture and cook it for about 30 minutes. 
  1. Serve at once.
