How to make Banana Ice Cream

  • Peel 2 to 3 overripe bananas and cut them into rough pieces. Place them in an airtight bag or container and freeze them for some 2 hours. Transfer the frozen banana to a food processor.
  • Add a pinch of salt, milk, and vanilla extract and blend them all till you get a soft texture and smooth consistency.
  • Transfer the banana mixture into a container and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Once the ice cream has set, serve chilled.
