There’s nothing better than an authentic Thai steak salad. Thai salads are noted for their mysterious lack of vegetables as a main ingredient. Instead, these wonderful dishes utilize meat as the star attraction. Typically, they are made in four different styles: tam, lap, phla, and yam. Although the preparation method varies, Thai salads typically utilize a souring agent like lime juice, fresh herbs and greens, and sometimes rice or noodles. They’re also prone to spiciness, which makes them a great summer dish.
