There’s nothing better on a hot summer day, then a bowl of authentic Thai green curry. It’s spicy, refreshing, and detoxifying in the best way possible. It derives its name from the green chilies used to make it. The coconut milk gives it a sweet tasting and creamy texture which gives the dish flavor as well as texture. If you are a fan of curries, then this will measure up; it’s milder than red curries, but more pungent.
