2 tsp lemon zest
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 avocado — peeled, pitted and cubed
1 apple — peeled, cored and cut
4 mandarin oranges — juiced
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 portion lemon – juice
1 clove of garlic — minced
1 tbsp olive oil
