Ingredients
For Tikki:
- 4 medium potatoes, boiled
- 3 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- Ghee or oil, for frying
For Garnishing:
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup mint chutney (you can adjust according to taste)
- 1/2 cup tamarind chutney (you can adjust according to taste)
- chaat masala, to taste
- rock salt/black salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds, ground
- Red chilli powder to taste
- cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup pomegranate seeds
