    Ingredients

    How to make Toum

    • Split, cut garlic clove with sparing knife and remove the germ. Place the de-germed garlic in a bowl.
    • Add salt, water, lemon juice, mix and process for 8 or 10 minutes or until paste becomes very smooth.
    • Transfer to a container and refrigerate for 30 days.
    • Enjoy
