How to make Khas Khas Halwa

  1. Drain soaked khus khus in a colander.
  2. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add the khus khus to it and sauté over low heat till it turns a golden brown.
  3. Add milk and cardamom powder and cook till moisture dries up.
    Add sugar and continue stirring.
  4. Garnish with almonds and enjoy!
