Gimlet

1. Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the gin and lime cordial. Shake well.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. It’s a great idea to run the rim of the glass with the lime wedge. Gently squeeze it over the drink and drop it in. Enjoy!

Tip

Prepare some cocktail snacks ahead of time and store it in your Vaya Tyffyn. They will be ready to enjoy with your Gimlet.

1. Gimlet is purported to have been invented in the 1700’s for sailors to prevent scurvy.
2. Lime cordial is a bottled concentrated lime juice made by Rose’s.
