    How to make White Chocolate Cheesecake with White Chocolate Brandy Sauce Recipe

    • Add white chocolate to a heat-proof bowl.
    • Add 1 cup cream to a saucepan and boil over medium heat.
    • Pour hot cream over white chocolate and let it rest for 2 minutes.
    • Now stir with a wooden spoon until chocolate melts.
    • Add brandy and mix it for another few minutes.
    • Preheat oven at 300 °F or 150 °C.
    • Take a spring form pan of 10-inches and wrap its sides with a sheet of foil.
    • Grease the inside of the pan with olive oil.
    • Add cream cheese, all-purpose flour, and white sugar in a bowl.
    • Mix the ingredients until they turn light and fluffy.
    • Add eggs one after the other and beat the mixture.
    • Mix well after adding each egg.
    • Set the mixing bowl aside.
    • Melt half the white chocolate.
    • Set an electric mixer at low speed.
    • Add melted white chocolate and the cream cheese mixture.
    • Beat in vanilla extract and ½ cup of low-fat cream and blend well.
    • Pour this mixture in the springform pan.
    • Fill a water bath with warm water place and place cheesecake pan in the water bath.
    • Bake it in the oven for no more than 60 minutes until the center of the cake turns firm.
    • Cool it at room temperature.
    • Pour chocolate brandy sauce and then refrigerate it.
    • Garnish with blueberries and enjoy!
