If you’re a vegetarian or vegan feeling left out during barbecue season, it is time to invest in the veggie burger. It is the ultimate in meat imitation cuisine; this is what we’ve been working for all these years. It is so close to meat without actually being meat, that even the most carnivorous palette can have trouble telling that it is actually just vegetables. The secret to making it really delicious though is to season it well.

Health Benefits

Squash, one of the major ingredients in this veggie burger is a highly versatile vegetable that many people find delicious. It has many powerful health benefits that vary according to the type of squash you eat. But in general, squash helps to improve your eyesight, heal and care for your skin, improve and bolster your immune system, manage diabetes, and prevent certain cancers. Squash also helps to build strong bones and stave off certain conditions like osteoporosis and arthritis.
