1 cup bulgur- fine and brown
1 tsp mint- dried
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
1 cup water- hot
1/2 cup olive oil
1 onion- finely chopped
1 lemon- squeezed
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 cucumber – finely chopped
1 parsley- finely chopped
1/2 tsp dill- fresh and finely chopped

    How to make Veggie Bulgur Salad

    • Mix in a bowl bulgur, mint, chilli powder, cumin, black pepper, salt, parsley, and dill. Pour in hot water and cover the bowl.
    • Fry onion in a saucepan with olive oil, add chopped cucumber, pepper paste, bulgur, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses and stir repeatedly for 10 minutes.
    • Remove from heat and enjoy.
