    How to make Vegetable Whip

    • To a pot, add turnip, carrots, onion, and potatoes with water.
    • Bring the pot to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until tender.
    • Drain the water from the vegetables and stir in the butter until it’s melted.
    • Beat with an electric mixer, making sure to gradually add the milk.
      • Note: Beat until light and fluffy.
      • Note: Do not beat for an extended period of time; just until smooth.
    • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    • Serve hot and enjoy!
