- 2 whole trout fish (10 ounces) — pan-dressed
- 1/4 cup full of all purpose flour
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup silvered almonds — blanched
- 8 lemon slices
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley — chopped
- salt
- pepper
How to make Trout Amandine
If you wish to get fancy with this dish, add a small lump of crab meat in melted butter over the top. You could also add some white wine to the butter sauce for an extra flavor. The pan should be thoroughly heated to get the trout crispy from both sides. Trivia
