- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/2 lemon – juiced
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander—chopped
Other ingredients:
- 10 taco shells
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 avocado—pitted and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup salsa

Trivia Tofu was first producedin China about 2000 years ago during the Han Dynasty (206 BC–220 AD).A curious fact about tofu is that the processing Tofu is similar to that of making cheese. The process requires soy milk. Coagulants are added to make the solids separate from the liquids. Conventionally tofu is made using Nagari, which is essentially magnesium chloride. |
