Ingredients

How to Make Tofu Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tofu with 2 cups of mozzarella and ricotta cheese.
  3. Fold in all the ingredients together, mix well and set aside.
  4. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, ass in a layer of pasta sauce (preferably with mushrooms) evenly.
  5. Add a layer of lasagna noodles and cover the entire layer.
  6. Spoon in a layer of the tofu and cheese filling.
  7. Repeat this layering process until the dish is full.
  8. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and ricotta cheese.
  9. Garnish it with fresh parsley.
  10. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, until the top gets slightly brown.
  11. Let it stand for 10 extra minutes.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
