This is a summer salad to keep you cool and hydrated during the scorching summer heat. It can be easily made and is highly nutritious. The nutty flavor perfectly complements the sweetness of the peaches and the earthy flavor of spinach. You can use grilled peaches in this salad as well. It is light and filling and is sure to bring an end to a dull day.

Spinach is alkaline so a vinaigrette will be an awesome addition to this salad packed with flavors. Prepare this spinach salad with peaches and pecans in about 20 minutes and you are done with an absolutely light and nutritious lunch for the day.
