How to make Spicy Lamb Patties

  • Preheat the grill to a high temperature.
  • To a bowl, add the lamb, green onions, garlic, curry powder, cumin, red pepper, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Manipulate the seasoned lamb into patties.
  • Lightly oil the grill.
  • Grill the patties for 5 mins on each side, or until they’re done to your taste.
  • Serve and enjoy!
