    How to Make Soya Chunks Curry

    1. Firstly, boil soya chunks for 8 minutes and transfer to a bowl of cold water.Allow to rest for 10 minutes and squeeze completely.
    2. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Sauté onion, ginger, and garlic.Add tomatoes, cashews, and sauté well.
    3. Let the mixture cool completely and blend to a smooth paste.
    4. In another pan, heat oiland sautécumin seeds, bay leaf, and cinnamon stick.
    5. Add finely chopped onions and let cook until golden brown. Add spice powders (chili, turmeric and coriander) and onion-tomato paste and stir to combine.
    6. Season with salt and pour in water and curd.
    7. Add squeezed soya and cook covered for ten minutes over a low flame.
    8. Sprinkle kasuri methi and garam masala. Stir to combine.
    9. Serve and enjoy!
