    How to make Simple Poached Egg Avocado Toast

    1. Take a large saucepan with water, add the vinegar and bring to boil over a high heat.
    2. Reduce the flame once the water boils.
    3. Crack in both eggs and cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
    4. Toast the bread.
    5. Smash avocado and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    6. Using a slotted spoon remove poached eggs to a paper towel to drain extra water.
    7. Set the avocado on the toast, then put a poached egg on top of each slice.
