Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
¼ cup spring onion – finely chopped
3 cups rajma
1 medium onion--choped
1 chopped tomatoes
For salad dressing:
2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp Salad oil or olive oil
1 tbsp lemon Juice
salt to taste

How to make Rajma Salad

  1. Soak rajma overnight or for at least 7 hours.
  2. Drain soaked rajma and pressure cook with salt for 10 whistles or until completely cooked and soft.
  3. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt into a shaker and shake vigorously.
  4. Mix all ingredients including the dressing using a spatula and serve!
