- 1 tomato - finely chopped
- 1/2 potato - cubed
- 5 beans - chopped
- 10 cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 carrot - chopped
- 1 cup basmati rice – soaked 20 minutes
- 2 cups water
- salt to taste
