How to Make Prawn Manchurian

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Place batter ingredients in a bowl.
    1. Slowly add water to make a semi thick batter.
  3. Dip each prawn in batter and fry till golden and crispy.
    1. Drain onto a paper towel and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
    1. Add in garlic, ginger, chillies, and onion.
    2. Cook for 1 minute.
    3. Add in peppers and sauté for 3 minutes or so.
  5. Add in sauce and cook till it is thick and glossy.
    1. Cook for few more mins till the moisture evaporates.
  6. Add fried prawns and toss well.
  7. Add spring onions and toss well.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
