- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1 ½ tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/8 tsp asafoetida
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 pinch cooking soda
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- oil to deep fry
- salt as needed
- 1 tbsp idli dosa batter
