How to make Paleo - Egg Salad

  • Peel and rinse eggs.
    • Pat dry.
    • Chop into small pieces and place inside large bowl.
  • Add in mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and green onion.
    • Stir and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Top with bacon and chives as desired.
