How to make One Pot Beetroot Rice

  • Layer ingredients inside a 2L pressure cooker.
    • Layer 1 :Water and ghee.
    • Layer 2 :Cardamom, bay leaf, jeera, and
    • Layer 3 :Beetroot.
  • Layer 4 : roasted peanuts, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1 slit green chili, 1/2 tsp red chili powder.
  • Cover the pressure cooker with the lid and cook on high for 2 whistles.
  • Released the pressure and mix well before serving.
