The best thing about a mixed fruit milkshake is that it is made from mixed fruit. You can make this shake taste however you want it to, just choose your favorite fruits and get to blending. Unlike some other milkshakes which use ice cream as a base, this one only uses ice cubes, which is why it is healthier than other versions. All you get with this shake are the health benefits of the fruits you put into it.

Health Benefits

The beauty about a mixed fruit milkshake is that you can make it have whichever health benefits you want it to have. You simply have to switch the fruits you’re using. Different fruits tend to emphasize different health benefits. But in general, you can always expect a few of the same health benefits no matter which fruit you use, such as, high antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, hydrating effects, and the ability to regulate blood glucose levels.
