How to make Lime Pickle

  1. In a clean jar, add all the ingredients, including lemon juice as well as the rinds. Cover with a muslin cloth and expose to sunshine for about ten days. Shake the jar once everyday to ensure the pickle stays fresh.
  2. When the color of the lime peels changes from bright yellow to brown, the pickle is read y for consumption
  3. Store lime pickle in a cool, dry place.

Note: to ensure the pickle stays fresh throughout the year, heat a spoon over direct flame before reaching out for the pickle jar.
