How to make Indian Pizza

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 °C.
  2. Heat water until warm, dissolve yeast and sugar and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine flour, salt, and ajwain to it. Add the proofed yeast mixture and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with a cloth and let rise.
  4. After 60 minutes, knead the dough again. Divide the dough into 2 parts.
  5. Use your fingers to spread each part of the dough flat; each pizza base should be about a centimeter thick.
  6. Top each base with tomato sauce, spinach, onions, bell peppers, garlic, ginger, and the rest of the seasoning and condiments.
  7. Bake each pizza for 20 minutes.

Trivia

The first pizza restaurant opened in Naples in 1830.
