How to make Lemon Garlic Chicken

  • Wash the chicken and slice into thin pieces. Drain in a strainer.
  • Season chicken by sprinkling salt and pepper over it. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Heat oil or butter in a large pan over a medium flame.
  • Introduce the chicken into the oil in the pan.
  • Cook chicken until brown for 5 minutes, flipping in between. Remove the chicken from the flame.
  • Heat the pan on a medium flame. Add garlic to the pan and fry till golden brown.
  • Add the thyme leaves and oregano to the pan. Introduce the seared chicken into the pan.
  • Pour lemon juice over both sides of the chicken. Cook till the chicken is completely cooked for about 8 minutes.
