How to Make Italian Chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange all the wonton wrappers you have on the baking sheet within a single layer.
  4. Brush all the wrappers with egg white and sprinkle Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese with oregano on it.
  5. Cut each wonton wrapper with two triangles with a pizza cutter.
  6. Bake the wontons in the preheated oven until their edges start to turn brown.
  7. Keep them inside the preheated oven for 6 to 7 minutes approximately.
  8. Transfer to a cooling rack in room temperature to cool them off completely.
  9. Store the final product in an airtight container for no more than 2 days.
