Mixed veg is a staple of authentic Indian cuisine. A rich blend of vegetables, curry, and other spices; you’ll never regret having mixed veg on the table. This dish is best served as a side, along with your choice of roti, chapati, poori, or plain rice.

Health Benefits:

One of the key ingredients in mixed veg is turmeric. It contains powerful medicinal compounds known as curcuminoids. One of these compounds specifically is called curcumin, which is a strong antioxidant and has great anti-inflammatory effects

Curcumin is also linked to a lower risk of various brain diseases, as well as improved brain functionality. It boosts a process known as Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) which is a growth hormone that drives neuron multiplication.
