How to make Gobi Kheer

  1. Take the cauliflower and wash it properly.
    1. grate the cauliflower.
    2. Boil the cauliflower (by adding in water) at least 5-6 times or until it loses its smell.
    3. Drain and set aside.
  2. Take the milk and boil until it’sreduced to half of its original volume.
    1. Add the boiled cauliflower and boil for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat the ghee and add all the dry fruits till they turn golden brown.
    1. Transfer mixture into the kheer.
  5. Garnish with cardamom.
  6. Keep refrigerated.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
