How to Make Ginger Paya

  1. Cook Trotters with 1st stage ingredients for 2-3 hours.
    Note:Add a lot of water till trotters are tender & soft.
  2. Boil daal mash with a ittle ginger garlic paste then mash it.
  3. Heat oil in a big pan.
    1. Add onion.
    2. Fry till the onions turn a light golden color.
    3. Add ginger, garlic paste, haldi, red chillies.
    4. Fry adding little water.
  4. Add boiled daal mash & boiled trotters, salt.
    1. Cook it again on low heat for 1 hour.
  5. Sprinkle zeera powder.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves, green chillies & ginger slices.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
