Just like the world famous Chicken 65, Fish 65 is smothered in signature red chillies which are responsible for its taste and its coloring. This recipe doesn’t take a lot of time to make. It calls for fish nuggets but you can use any fish of your choice; the dish is defined by the sauce and spices, not the type of fish.

How to Make Fish 65

  1. Add fish,salt,red pepper powder,ginger-garlic paste,cornflour,maida, and egg to a bow.
    1. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Heat oil in a pan
    1. Add fish piece by piece and fry till they turn a goldencolor.

Note: make sure to keep the pieces separated.

  1. Add 2 tbsp oil to another pan.
    1. Add chopped garlic and chillies
    2. Cook for 2 min.
  2. Add fried fish and soy sauce.
    1. Toss it.
    2. Add chilligarlic sauce mix.
    3. Cook for 2 min.
  3. Add coriander mix it is ready.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
