100 gm almonds
100 gm Pistachios
100 gm Walnuts
100 gm cashew nuts
50 gm pumpkin Seeds
50 gm Sesame seeds
2 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Honey
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp lemon Juice

    Ingredients

    How to Make Energy Bar

    1. Remove pistachio casings.
    2. Break open the walnuts and remove the upper hard cover.
    3. Take a non-stick frying pan.
    4. Place the pan on the stove on low flame.
    5. Add almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts and sesame seeds into the pan.
    6. Roast the dry fruits for a few minutes.
    7. Remove them from the heat and set aside until they are needed.
    8. Place a deeper sauce pan on the stove on low heat.
    9. Add brown sugar into the pan.
    10. Add honey and lemon juice into the pan.
    11. Mix honey and lemon juice well with the sugar until the sugar is dissolved completely and it becomes watery in the pan.
    12. Add salt into the pan and mix again.
    13. Let the sweet honey sauce simmer for at least 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat.
    14. Remove the sauce from the stove.
    15. Place the dry fruit pan back on the stove.
    16. Roast the dry fruits a little more then pour the honey sauce into the pan and mix it up with the dry fruits.  
    17. Cook for a couple of minutes more on low heat.
    18. Then spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
    19. Pour the honey coated dry fruits into the baking pan and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    20. After 2 hours, remove the energy slab from the baking pan and cut it into bars.
    21. Refrigerate and eat moderately!
