An energy bar is one of the things that your kids enjoy more than they do chocolates. If you want to avoid handing them store bought bars with excessive additives then give them delicious homemade energy bars at least once a month to keep them happy and healthy!

    Health Benefits

An energy bar is full of nutrients but due to the presence of sugar and honey it is also full of fats. It is only beneficial for you if you are planning on doing a physically draining exercise such as running, weight lifting or other such workout after eating it. However, if you do not indulge in any such activities then you should eat an energy bar once in a while to maintain your cholesterol levels.
