How to make Egg Fry Recipe

  • Add oil to a pan and heat it. Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste. Sauté it.
  • Add onions, green chili, curry leaves, fry until they turn golden. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt.
  • Add boiled eggs.
  • Fry everything until the tomatoes turn soft.
  • Add garam masala, chili powder, and Fry for other 2 mins. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Delicious egg fry tastes best when served with rice or chapati.

Trivia
