How to make Curd Sandwich Recipe

  • Place a strainer over a bowl and strain the water from the curd or try hanging the curd in a muslin cloth.
  • To a bowl, Add the thick curd.
  • Add chopped capsicum, tomatoes and green chili.
  • Season with salt, red chili, and pepper and mix well
  •  Take a bread slice and spread butter.
  • Spread 2 spoons of curd spread over the bread slice.
  • Cover with another bread slice.
  • In a pan, add some butter and cook the sandwich till it turns crisp golden.
  • Serve the sandwich with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
