Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 eggs – boiled
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp Red chili Powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup gram flour
2 green chillies
Salt as required

How to make Egg Bonda

  1. Split the boiled eggs into halves and sprinkle a little red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt over them.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai over a medium flame.
  3. Mix gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, green chilies, black pepper powder, and salt in a large bowl.
    1. Add a little water to prepare the batter for the bajjis.

Note:  Make sure the batter is thick and not runny.

  1. Dip the boiled egg pieces into the batterone by one.
    1. Carefully place the battered pieces inside the hot oil.
  2. Deep fry the eggs till they turn a golden brown color and transfer them on a kitchen towel to soak up the extra oil.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
