    How to Make Delicious Fideo

    • In a large frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat and add the Fideo noodles. The oil should be enough to have all the noodles covered.
    • Mix the noodles thoroughly in the oil.
    • Add the onion.
    • Fry noodles until they have turned golden brown. Keep on stirring them so that they do not get burned.
    • As soon as the noodles turn golden brown, add water.
    • Keep adding water gradually, depending on the consistency you want to keep your dish.
    • After water, add tomatoes and garlic.
    • This is the stage where you add chicken or beef if you wanted to.
    • Let the pasta simmer and wait until almost all water is evaporated.
    • Taste the pasta to note if they are still crunchy. If yes, add more water.
    • Cook until the noodles are soft.
    • Take off the stove and eat while warm.
