1/2 tsp urad dal
2 red chillis
4 curry leaves
2 madras onions- peeled

How to make Coconut Tomato Chutney

  1. Heat the urad dal, chana dal, red chillis, and curry leaves in a nonstick pan, for 15 seconds. 
  1. Add the tomatoes and onions. 
  1. Add coconut and salt after 3 minutes.
  2. Continue to cook for about 2 more minutes. 
  1. Remove the pan from the stove and let cool completely. 
  1. Use a mixer to thoroughly blend the combination until it is smooth. 
  1. Serve and enjoy.
