How to make Coconut Tomato Chutney
Heat the urad dal, chana dal, red chillis, and curry leaves in a nonstick pan, for 15 seconds.
Add the tomatoes and onions.
Add coconut and salt after 3 minutes.
Continue to cook for about 2 more minutes.
Remove the pan from the stove and let cool completely.
Use a mixer to thoroughly blend the combination until it is smooth.
