How to make Chole Bhaji

  1. Soak in water overnight. 
  1. Cook chickpeas with water, tea powder, and saltinside a pressure cooker. 
  1. Dry roast the bay leaf, cardamoms, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, coriander leaf, chilli, cloves, and cinnamon in a sauce pan. 
  1. Mash the chick peas and place them inside a mixer. 
  1. Grind the tomatoes into a pureewith a food processor. 
  1. Brown the onion in a pan and add ginger, garlic, and green chilli. 
  1. Add the tomato puree and salt (if needed) to the pan and stir while cooking. 
  1. Add the turmeric powder, red chilli, and the boiled chickpeas and stir. 
  1. Serve and enjoy.
