Ingredients

How to make Chili Chicken

  • Combine the chicken, eggs, ginger garlic paste, and corn flour and toss them all together.
  • Add water and vinegar— enough to coat all the elements together forming a batter-like consistency. Place the batter in a refrigerator and marinate for about 2 hrs.
  • Add your chicken with some sunflower oil to a pan and cook for some time. Simultaneously you can fry onions in a different pan till they turn pink in color.
  • Combine the fried onions along with some green chilies. Since it's a Chinese recipe, you can add vinegar for uplifting the taste at this moment.
  • Note: You can add more or fewer chilies according to your taste.
  • Sprinkle some salt to taste with a few drops of soy sauce and sauté all the ingredients together. The chicken should be well-coated.
  • Add some fresh sesame and spring onions on the top and serve hot.
