How to make Chili Chicken

  • Combine the chicken, eggs, ginger garlic paste, and corn flour and toss them all together.
  • Add water and vinegar— enough to coat all the elements together forming a batter-like consistency. Place the batter in a refrigerator and marinate for about 2 hrs.
  • Add your chicken with some sunflower oil to a pan and cook for some time. Simultaneously you can fry onions in a different pan till they turn pink in color.
  • Combine the fried onions along with some green chilies. Since it's a Chinese recipe, you can add vinegar for uplifting the taste at this moment.
  • Note: You can add more or fewer chilies according to your taste.
  • Sprinkle some salt to taste with a few drops of soy sauce and sauté all the ingredients together. The chicken should be well-coated.
  • Add some fresh sesame and spring onions on the top and serve hot.

It is very interesting to note that our favorite “chicken” has been around for more than 10000 years in history and they are today the heart of many kitchens. Moreover, this recipe is so versatile that some prefer having it with boneless chicken and while the others prefer it with boned chicken. However, the recipe comes out to be so delicious and indeed so satisfying a meal for your loved ones!
