    How to make Chicken Satay Salad

    1. Pour the tamari, curry powder, garlic, honey, and cumin into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
      1. Horizontally cut the chicken breasts in two to make a total of 4 fillets.
      2. Let the chicken soak in the marinade overnight (at least 1 hour).
    2. Mix the lime juice, chilli sauce, peanut butter, and 1 tbsp water together to create a sauce.
    3. Coat a large nonstick frying pan with a little oilwhen the chicken is ready to cook.
      1. Add the chicken and cover the pan with a lid.
      2. Let cook for 5 to 6 minutes on a medium heat.
      3. Make sure you turn over the fillets for the last minute.
      4. Set aside the covered pan for a couple of minutes.
    4. Toss the cucumber with the lettuce wedges, coriander, pomegranate, and shallots together and set onto plates.
      1. Use a spoon to add a little sauce.
    5. Cut the chicken, and place it on top of the salad.
      1. Add the remaining sauce with a spoon.
    6. Your delicious Chicken salad is finally ready to serve. It is best to eat while the chicken is still warm.
