    Ingredients

    • For Phodni Cha Maka :

    How to Make Bhatata Ani Jhinga Rassa

    • Dry roast the grated coconuts inside a pan along with dry red chili, sesame seeds, cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
    • Add some oil and sauté onions in the meanwhile.
    • Blend the mixture when cool, and make a paste.
    • Add oil to a kadhai and toss in ground masala, ginger garlic paste and chili powder when heated.
    • Add the potatoes to the masala
    • Add water when potatoes are half done.
    • Now, add prawns with garam masala and kokam.
    • Add coconut milk and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
    • Garnish with some coriander leaves.

    For Phodni Cha Maka

    • Heat some mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, onions and asafetida in oil.
    • Add red bell pepper and chopped corn in some time.
    • Add tomato, and season with chaat masala, coriander, salt and lemon juice.
    • Serve hot.
