    For White Wine Ice Cubes

    1. Pour a glass of white wine in an ice tray.
    2. Put it in the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least a couple of hours.

    For Water Ice Cubes

    1. Pour the glass of water in an ice tray.
    2. Put it in the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least a couple of hours.

    For Barley Grass Juice

    1. If you can’t find the barley grass powder from the store, you can use barley grass
    2. Take some fresh barley grass, at least a bunch.
    3. Put it in a tornado juicer or a hurricane juicer.
    4. Pour barley grass juice manually.
    5. Set it aside until it is needed for barley grass berry smoothie.

    For Barley Grass Berry Smoothie

    1. Pour apple juice into a blender.
    2. Add organic frozen blue and red berries into the blender.
    3. Add barley grass powder or barley grass juice whichever is available or prepared into the blender.
    4. Add a peeled off banana into the blender.
    5. Add white wine ice cubes into the blender.
    6. Add water ice cubes into the blender.
    7. Spin until all ice is crushed into the fine smoothie.
    8. Pour into glasses and garnish with coconut powder.
