2 tbsp soy sauce
0.6 oz package cream of chicken soup mix
1 cup apple juice
2 garlic cloves — crushed
1 cup orange juice
pepper and salt

How to make Apple and Orange Chicken

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C. Arrange the chicken pieces in the baking dish (9 x 13 in) which has been lightly greased.
  • Add the cream of chicken soup mix, onion soup mix, garlic, soy sauce, orange and apple juice, pepper, and salt. Mix them all together and add to the chicken.
  • Cover and bake the chicken for about 1 hour. Remove the lid and bake again for ½ hour until the chicken turns brown.

Apple and Orange Chicken can be cooked evenly by using an aluminum foil which will also help keep the food moist.
