How to make Amla Murabba
- Prick the fruits using a fork. Add a teaspoon of lime to water and soak the fruits overnight.
- Rinse soaked fruit to thoroughly remove lime.
- In a saucepan, bring water to boil, add amlas and cooked till soft and tender. Drain and set aside.
- Combine sugar, lemon juice, and water to make a syrup. Add cooked fruit and boil for 5 minutes. Once cooled, transfer to a food storage container or kitchen containers
