2 raw mangoes
2 green chilis
3 tbsp jaggery- chopped
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
2 dry red chillis
1 tsp mustard seed

How to make Mango Pachadi

  1. Peeland slice the mangoes even with seeds. 
  1. Split the green chillis into two. 
  1. Pour water over the fruit and the chillis.

Note: Ensure they are covered with water. 

  1. Cook ingredients well then add the jaggery. 
  1. Heat oil in a saucepan then add red chillis and mustard seed. 
  1. Mix the mango pachadi with it. 
  1. Serve immediately.
